App Store?
We had overwhelming hits on our previous post, There’s an App for That (Scuba Version) on the Blog Action Day. We thought it was great way to share what we gathered in one place. Up and coming website, Appboy.com allows us to do that. We favorited and put a lot of Scuba Diving and Ocean Related mobile apps that may be of your interest on our AppBoy profile. You can directly purchase apps from DivingList’s profile.

The mobile platforms that they are currently supporting are iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, and Palm Pre. And we included them all.

Great Liveaboard in the Red Sea with full line of Fourth Element… Sounds good to us!

Micronesian Divers Association has announced the Marine Awareness Contest. According to the details, they will accept anything from Posters, Eassays, photos, radio ads, songs you wrote etc., technically everything. The catch is… each entry must contain clear message on Guam’s Marine Environment and how it’s affecting local marine environment such as rivers and oceans.

Winners (four set of two) will win a series of scuba diving instruction (worth more than USD$600), from open water class to rescue course.

Anyone over the age of 14 can participate in this contest and the deadline is October 14, 2009.
