SWAESports.com: Expand your horizon, experience the nature, increase your dive adventure and class sales, and be a do-gooder all at the same time.

SWAESports.com

From Random Search:

One of the popular topics we have (according to our small stats) is Dive Travels. People often ask DivingList is a travel site — no, we’re not. But we search for dive deals, hear about dive deals, and deal with deals.

In order for us to share deals with the entire scuba diving community, there’s got to be someone else offering deals. Along with them, there’s got to be somewhere they offer deals. And the list goes on.

So we’ll share the gem of the day to accommodate divers (consumers) and dive operators both.

SWAESports.com is the Adventure Travel Website. SWAE is standing for Snow, Water, Air, and Earth, and pronounced as “SWAY.” What’s cool about this website from our experience is that we can technically search all sorts of adventures world wide in one place. What’s more, the part of the profit is donated to “1 percent for the planet,” which is the organization of the business members where 1% of their sales is donated to the environmental groups.

For Divers (consumers) — why you should SWAE:
Well, the easiest answer is… because you’re silently donating part of your travel cost to the environment group through SWAE while you are having fun Scuba Diving somewhere. If you are into other adventure sports, you are game. They pretty much cover every aspect of adventure travels. All in one. That’s why we think it’s a big “deal.”

Check Out: http://www.swaesports.com/

For Dive Operators & Dive Travel Operations — why you should use SWAE to expand your horizon:
We’re only going to say this once — SWAE offers $0 upfront cost to list your dive trips and all levels of scuba diving classes. Here’s the list of Sweet Things on SWAE:

If your trip or class is sold on SWAESports.com, then they’ll charge you a commission.

You can also integrate their reservation system on your own website and they do NOT charge you commission.

They offer everything electronically (paper-less) so that you don’t have to have the nightmare of papers.

They don’t play favorites on their searches — fair play.

They are all about marketing, not advertising. (do you see the difference?)

The list can go on, but let us tell you the experience. We faked and contacted SWAE after finding the site on becoming the Adventure Vendor. We figured we’d give them 48 hours, and we might get a ton of marketing pitches. Well, they proved us wrong. They got back to us in an hour with where to go to sign up and thanked us a ton… Human Operated website. We like it — a lot.

For more info on becoming an Adventure Vendor, check out: http://www.swaesports.com/adventureinfo/?a=whyjoin

So, what are you waiting for? Expand your horizon, experience the nature, increase your dive adventure and class sales, and be a do-gooder all at the same time.

From our (small) inbox:

It’s not that we were ignoring… we had to wait for the right time and now is the time.

DivetheGalapagos.com has been keeping us in the loop on what’s going on with their red hot deals. We are posting the info below as it wouldn’t have been written better. The Island Hopping Dive Tour, which is 7 night/6 days, starts from $1500. Below is their actual release:

We are happy to announce the launch of Galapagos Island Hopping Dive Tours ! Great Galapagos diving and all the comradely of a live-aboard (as opposed to the turnover and varying skill levels of a day dive) at about 50% of the price of a live-aboard! Departures begin on November 1 with a 7 Day / 6 Night tour. Please view the complete itinerary here. (4 spaces still available for 1 Nov departure). We offer several itineraries. Private departures are available with a group of 6–8.

There’s no need to explain the destination to any diver…Galapagosspeaks for itself. Our dive tours are private charters with a maximum of 8 divers on a boat. Our boat is 10.5m and beautifully outfitted for organization and storage…very important on a smaller dive boat.. It has fast 225HP, fume-free and ecologically friendly 4 stroke motors. In other words, it’s fast and comfortable. This becomes so important on an island hopping dive tour because unlike land excursions, divers spend most of their day on the boat.
Our GalapagosIsland Hopping Dive Tour is affordable. We have concentrated on the quality of the dive experience…from using the best boat to hiring the best chef for onboard lunches. We are passionate about diving and want the divers who join us to enjoy this experience as much as we do. We dive together during the day and then at night, divers sleep in the hotel of their preference, typically based on budget. What this means is that you / your clients are not locked into only one hotel in order to have this incredible experience. We make it possible no matter where a diver prefers to sleep at night. Our 7 Day / 6 Night / 3 Island GalapagosDive Tour departures begin at $1500 per person based on double occupancy in an economy room (beachfront in Isabela!) for the package.

Our Galapagos Island Hopping Dive Tour is the dive trip of a lifetime! It’s the freedom of a private charter and the magnitude of Galapagos diving: Hammerheads, Galapagos sharks, giant Mantas, Eagle Rays, Stingrays, Marbled Rays, Seahorses, Sea Turtles, Sea Lions, Penguins, sun-blocking walls of Black-striped Salemas, huge schools of barracudas, jacks, snappers, grunts and more. Diving in the Galapagos can make you forget that it’s actually special to dive with sharks, turtles, or sea lions because of the sheer abundance. And when you dive together day after day as a group, the experience is so enriched by what you end up sharing with each other, be it incredible Galapagos diving experiences or stories from other dives. None of the daily tour turnover, so there is a chance to bond and that is one of the huge advantages live-aboards had over daily dives…up until now.
