Microne­sian Divers Asso­ci­a­tion has announced the Marine Aware­ness Con­test. Accord­ing to the details, they will accept any­thing from Posters, Eas­says, pho­tos, radio ads, songs you wrote etc., tech­ni­cally every­thing. The catch is… each entry must con­tain clear mes­sage on Guam’s Marine Envi­ron­ment and how it’s affect­ing local marine envi­ron­ment such as rivers and oceans.

Win­ners (four set of two) will win a series of scuba div­ing instruc­tion (worth more than USD$600), from open water class to res­cue course.

Any­one over the age of 14 can par­tic­i­pate in this con­test and the dead­line is Octo­ber 14, 2009.
